Andrew's practice is focused on personal injury and insurance defence cases. In his personal injury practice, Andrew represents people seeking compensation for their injuries and other losses resulting from car accidents, falls, and other negligence. Andrew also maintains a busy practice advising and defending insured people and insurance companies. His practice covers many areas of litigation including Casualty, Accident Benefits, Occupiers Liability, Commercial General Liability Claims, Products Liability, and related coverage issues.
Andrew’s passion for advocacy developed early in law school at the University of Windsor through his participation in many moot court advocacy competitions. He won top oralist prizes in the Lerners Cup and the 34th Annual Zuber Moot advocacy competitions. He was also a member of the University of Windsor Law School Gale Cup moot team.
